NES (1983)    1.79MHz / 2KB ram.
Gameboy (1989):    4.19MHz / 2KB ram.
SNES (1990):    3.58MHz / 128KB ram
N64 (1996):    93.75MHz / 4MB ram (8MB with expansion)

Below is the rumored motherboard.  lets dissect this a little bit.  Here are my assumptions… (Please note, these are all speculation based on previous events and previous hardware revisions.)

A) HDMI
B) Two USB Ports
C) RJ45 LAN Adapter
D) Video AV (Also, optical directly to the right)
E) Power
F) Sata (DVD/HDD)
G) NANDFlash (Dashboard)
H) Red Rings/Power board (RF Module)
I) Two USB Ports

I would have to say, due to the layout of the Sata ports, It looks as if the DVD Drive will be slot loaded (Much like the Wii/PS3) just on the basis that it is smaller, and in most cases mount directly to the chassis as the board does not have any spacing for 2 or more legs to rest on the motherboard. We can also see the tilt sensor (Directly to the left of the RF Module Connector) is still on the board, so they left the stand-up design. The eject button for the DVD drive still exists, directly to the left of the tilt sensor. Directly to the right of the Video connector, is a optical out connection, whether or not this will make it into production or be replaced with HDMI, is beyond me. I like how it looks like they left the USB ports on the front for wired, as I use it quite often if I am close to the TV and want to make sure my controllers are charged while I play.

As you can see, the GPU and CPU are on a single-die setup which would make the console a lot easier to cool, coupled with a better fan/heatsink… No more RRoD. Please note though, the original leaked image of the Xbox360 (Xenon) also had CoolerMaster fans… This is likely just for development purposes and for sure will NOT be on the production board as seen below. The problems with the original designs for the Xbox 360, sharing the cooling for the GPU with the CPU while direct access to the air was primarily for the CPU, coupled with various X-Clamp issues… Looks like they might have taken care of this issue once and for all.
